Return & Exchange Policy

At DIVA BLAZE we want to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have received a faulty or a damage product, the product will be exchanged. However, please note that you must make the complaint and a video of unboxing the product.

Eligibility for Returns

– Items must be returned within 1 day of delivery.
– Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
– Items must not have been worn, used, or altered.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Repackage the item(s) securely.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us.
4. The customer will have to pay and send the product back via courier service to us at the address provided by the team DIVA BLAZE.
5. Exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Exceptions

– Sale items are not eligible for returns.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
